Install Adblock Plus 1.4 for Internet Explorer
We are updating Adblock Plus for IE with version 1.4.
Here is a list of all improvements since version 1.3.
New in this release is the addition of the installer for Active Directory installs, which we really hope network administrators would appreciate. There’s a x64-bit and x86-bit variant of the GPO installer.
Also, this version is the first version that will perform queries for notifications like all other ABP versions.

Furthermore update in IE (win8.1 64) doesn’t work: …“is looking for…”- nothing happens :(

Confusing. Is this release different than the Active Directory installers? The link to active Directory Installers looks like development builds, while these seem more official and release ready.

The links to GPO installers in this post are pointed to release builds of GPO installs.
There’s a x64-bit and x86-bit variant of the GPO installer.
The other link just points to an announcement of GPO installers in devbuilds.
Hope this clears the confusion.

thanks for updating adblock plus for internet explorer. i’ve never really had any BIG ISSUES, just little ones that tend to resolve themselves. it seems that each and every update fixes something or makes adblock plus run better. thanks for making this :)

Yahoo mail issues.
I can logon, but issues using Mail: Buttons do not work, page up/dwn, delete, directory, view, etc;
Followed all reviews updated JAVA, cache cookies cleared.
Using WIN 7 64bit and IE11. Nothing Changed.
I disabled adblock and yahoo mail now works :-))

Adblock Plus doesn’t work anymore on IE11 W8.1 after this update!
