It’s kinda amazing that after all these years and many versions you still find ways to improve ABP. Thank you!
By the way, is there any chance that you comment on the upcoming Firefox 4 and what impact its new features are gonna have on ABP? It would be really interesting to hear “your side of the story”.

Aloha developers and all whom are involved with this wonderful addon. You guys are great. You and a small group of developers have made Firefox one of the cleanest and most customizable surfing experiences on the web. You are doing a great service to humanity by blocking all of the noxious adds, propaganda, and corporate garbage shoved down our throats in every nook and cranny of the web. Surfing the internet with Adblock is like walking trough a nature park, versus walking down a crumbling metropolis city block enveloped with billboards as tall as the sky. I would love to see an estimation of what kind of money you have blocked from being funneled into the coffers of thieving scoundrels and money grubbing whores.
Thank you! And keep up the great work.

Adblock is the best addon ever, period. I hate using other computers where it’s not installed, that’s when you realize how much crap Adblock actually removes.
Thanks to all the developers that have spent so much of their time to bring us this incredible tool!

Adblock is a great plugin I have used for many years, but I am shocked you dropped support for FireFox 3 when FireFox 4 is not yet out of beta.
I use FF at work and am not allowed to run beta software for security reasons so I am still with FF3 and had to skip the upgrade offered today.
I wish you could have maintained FF3 suport till at least FF4 was out (of beta).
Reply from Wladimir Palant:
I dropped support for Firefox 3.0 which Mozilla stopped supporting half a year ago and which is known to contain a number of known vulnerabilities. Firefox 3.5 and 3.6 are still supported.

Thank you for the new version of the great plug-in!
I am just wondering why now by default clicking the icon opens the menu if the menu is accessible by right-click?
Reply from Wladimir Palant:
Because the list of blockable items is no longer important for most users – the issue reporter is what they want. As mentioned in the changelog, extensions.adblockplus.defaulttoolbaraction preference (https://adblockplus.org/en/preferences#defaulttoolbaraction) can be used to restore the old behavior.

As Kelly said, it’s easy to forget just how much clutter adblock actually removes. It’s actually fun to turn it off for a while and use some of your usual websites – you won’t want to leave it off for long :-).

Move to Adblock Plus 1.3.1? Not until there is a genuine bridge of support. If I don’t have Firefox 4, why would I move to Adblock Plus 1.3.1?
OK… this is a IQ test, right? …or… it’s a test to see how many ABP users will blindly update to 1.3.1, even though it means that they will not have any support between now and when Firefox 4 is launched?
Please help us understand why this is not a way to shoot ourselves in the collective foot.
Thanks.

Yes, it’s an IQ test. Are you able to read my reply to comment 5 above? Do you know that between Firefox 3.0 and Firefox 4 there are also Firefox 3.5 and 3.6? Do you know which Firefox version you are using? Hard to pass that one…

ouch! “Guilty as charged, Your Honor.”
Perhaps next time I’ll read more carefully, before I mouth-off. Thanks.

This latest version of Adblock Plus stops Firefox from playing games on this site. You have to disable it to play the games
Reply from Wladimir Palant:
That’s what the new issue reporter is for – go to this website, click ABP icon and select “Report issue on this page”. Choose “Adblock Plus is blocking too much” from the menu.

You better come to the forum with this – there is no simple answer, a bunch of things need to be tested to figure out what is wrong. First of all, please have a look at https://adblockplus.org/en/known-issues#broken_ui2 – maybe you have one of these extensions installed.
