Problem with installing adblock on windows 7 ×64 It installs ok but after restart its not availible

    Reply from Wladimir Palant:

See http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Unable+to+install+add-ons for installation problems (probably corrupt extension files in this case).

Firefox 4.0 Beta version 3 is out. I hope you’ll update this plugin again soon ,so it will be compatible with the new beta.

    Reply from Wladimir Palant:

Unfortunately, Mozilla requires me to mark Adblock Plus as compatible again on each alpha/beta release (and not too early). Now that I am back from vacation I’ve done that. Stable version should work within an hour, development builds tomorrow.

Do you have plan to release ABP for Chrome ?

    Reply from Wladimir Palant:

Not really, see “https://adblockplus.org/blog/how-are-supported-applications-chosen-for-adblock-plus” – particularly #5 in that list.

I have had Adblock for quite a while, but now your Icon is not on my toolbar all of a sudden. I did not remove it — how can I restore it ? I want to be able to turn Adblock Plus off once in a while, but now I can’t click on the Icon.

    Reply from Wladimir Palant:

Your toolbar was probably reset, for whatever reason. See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Toolbar_customization_-_Firefox – you should be able to customize the toolbar and put the Adblock Plus icon back.
