Install Adblock Plus 2.6.9 for Firefox

This is another quality and stability release:

• Slightly optimized performance, domain-specific filters will no longer affect overall performance (issue 2177).
• Added extensions.adblockplus.suppress_first_run_page preference to allow administrators disable the first-run page if Adblock Plus is installed globally (issue 206). Note that additional changes are required to make this preference usable.
• Fixed: $elemhide filter option doesn’t consider website signatures correctly (issue 2151).

   Are filter hit counters work for you, guys? It look like counters in patterns.ini aren’t updated when I close Fx. They’re enabled in the prefs of course. elemhide.css updated on every browser restart.
   I’m using Fx 31.6.0 if it matters, without subscriptions, only my own rules.

   Oh, I get it. They are saved during patterns backup procedure. Maybe it’s ok actually,

   Yes, we don’t bother saving `patterns.ini` just for the hit counters, at least not unless they actually changed by a significant amount. So you might indeed lose a small bit of data here when closing Firefox.

   ALERT! Stalling repaired. I can start up FF35.0.1 and get to options without delays. Upgraded to the new Adblock Plus v2.6.9, and new Tab Mix Plus v0.4.1.7.
