Since installing the latest version IE11 Windows 10 hangs on opening unless I disable the add on!

    Reply from Oleksandr Paraska:

We have tested on various systems using Windows 10 and IE 11 and could not reproduce this. Could you please file an issue with more information about your environment on issues.adblockplus.org?

Also having issues updating ABP on my IE.
As soon as I click “Yes, install now” the installation windows pops up for a split second and closes again with an error sound, but no error message.

    Win 7 ×64
    Administrator rights
    UAC disabled
    No Antivir, Firewall
    No other IE addons
    IE 11.0.9600.18015

@ Toni Harris I had the same problem. De-installation and a new installation of adblock plus 1.5 solved the problem

Really Tony , what’s useless is your upgrade to windows 10. You do know that you have now completely signed away every privacy right to Microsoft simply by accepting the new software? EVERY SINGLE THING done on your computer now is recorded and goes back to Microsoft to be used at their behest, (i.e. sent straight to the government) for every data mined piece of gold they can get from it. This is what windows 10 is all about. Now, I know this all seems redundant, as they are doing this anyway but, the difference being, is that now you have given them permission. Yes, supposedly you can opt out however, I can’t tell you how many things I’ve “opted out of” from Microsoft only to figure out that the system would just go ahead and do it anyway. I’m betting that adblock doesn’t work with windows 10 by design but, who knows?

Since installing ABP (V 1.5) Internet Explorer hangs and will not load. Restarting my PC is the only way to get IE to run again until it suffers the same problem. Disabling ABP resolves the problem.
    ABP: 1.5
    IE: 11.0.9600.18015
    Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit

    No problems here. Version 1.5 is faster. Win. 7 × 64. IE-11.

This was a great program for IE but since the latest update the screen locks and cannot be unlocked until AB is disabled. Please fix this so it will be a great program again. Thanks.
