Do you know when the AdBlock Plus extension will be updated on the new Safari Extensions Gallery for El Capitan?
Reply from Thomas Greiner:
We submitted the extension to Apple yesterday so hopefully, it shouldn’t take too long.

Chrome version question:
What your opinion on Google/YouTube detecting Adblock software on the future of YouTube?
Keep the web free of ads :)
Reply from Thomas Greiner:
As far as I’m aware of, there’s no indication that YouTube is detecting ad blocking software. Headlines that claimed that YouTube was circumventing ad blockers turned out to be incorrect because it was traced back to a Chromium issue (see https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=526413), if that’s what you’re referring to.

How come the version on the official Safari Extension Gallery is still 1.9.2 as of October 3rd?
Has it anything to do with the new Content Blocking Extension in Safari 9 that must be implemented before Apple allows the new update through?
Reply from Thomas Greiner:
Probably because Apple hasn’t reviewed the new version yet. Apple usually lets developers know if it finds any issues with a new version during the review.

What happened to Adblock plus installed on Google Chrome.
Can no longer view video interviews in the NFL website.
Was able to in the past but can no longer.
Works in IE and when Adblock plus is removed.
Reply from Thomas Greiner:
Adblock Plus relies on filter lists from the community so please report any issues of ads not being blocked in our forum:
https://adblockplus.org/forum/viewforum.php?f=2
Whenever you encounter such problems, you can manually update your filter lists because they may have already been resolved. See https://adblockplus.org/en/faq_basics#update-filterlists for instructions on that.
