Install Element Hiding Helper 1.3.3

This release makes Element Hiding Helper compatible with Firefox 41 and above (fixes issue 2737 and issue 2816).

   I can’t see EHH’s menu entry in Fx 31. If you don’t support this “ancient” Fx version any more please at least block autoupdate for it.

   The problem with old versions is: too few people are using them so issues go unnoticed. Here the problem is https://issues.adblockplus.org/ticket/2950.

   Also in Firefox ESR 31.7.0 there is no longer a menu entry for the Hiding Helper. We’re doing a rollback now until it’s fixed. :P

   Ok downgrade to version 1.3.2.1 brings the menu item back again.
