What Happened to the Option of Clicking on the ABP icon, and clicking on Blockable Item we can Add ourselves? IE. A red line box would appear over were our courser was and we could click on that red lined box item and it would dissapear. (NOT the “Open Blockable Items” Option).

It was Located in the Options List I believe. BRING THIS FEATURE BACK!

Or Am I Missing it somehow?

Previous Comment was for 1.3.9 as comments are closed for that. Also was for the Firefox version.

Sweet, thanks. Just curious, I noticed the API extension upgrade has been punted to milestone 16. That means that true adblocking won’t be available until then (or whenever it’s released and the ABP is updated)? Just trying to get an idea, should be amazing!

Thanks again for your hard work, makes a lot of websites funded by ads bearable.

    Reply from Wladimir Palant:

The API is already available but marked as experimental (meaning that I cannot upload an extension using it to the add-on gallery). I want to try it out when I get some time but I cannot promise anything.

Adblock Plus for Google Chrome™ (Beta) – Version: 1.1.4

Any chance of adding a YouTube style inline video adblock for www.ustream.tv ?

Can’t figure out how to do this myself, I’ve tried blocking several options, even the “Easy Create Filter” can’t block these ads, hopefully they use a similar method to YouTube.

    Reply from Wladimir Palant:

See http://adblockplus.org/en/known-issues-chrome#itemtypes, this isn’t possible at the moment.
