3.16.2 just updated for me and now it is non-functional. No filters exist and nothing being blocked. No idea how to fix whatever broke.

Oddly. It came back working by itself a couple of open browser and closes later. No idea why as I didn’t troubleshoot anything.
Best I can tell, perhaps a bug involved with opening a regular browser window, a private window and some combo of going back and forth or closing one and not the other and/or reopening a new regular or private window again. No idea really. Only time that has happened to me in over a decade of use.
