The problem with the new hotkey CTRL+SHIFT+F3 is that FlashGot uses the same hotkey to download the site with the configured Download app, and FlashGot grabs the hotkey, resulting in still no working hotkey for EHH.

As usually, conflicts with other extensions are unavoidable – there are thousands of extensions and only a few shortcut keys left after the Firefox devs took their share. You can change the extensions.elemhidehelper.selectelement_key preference to whatever works for you.
